A UC Santa Cruz student always wondered why a famous beach town like Santa Cruz didn't have an authentic Hawaiian poke spot — so he created inoa. He's been selling food ever since high school and it's been his dream to open up a poke spot on the beach since he was a kid.
Every box is prepped by hand using locally sourced fish, seaweed, and produce. A one man show that prioritizes quality over quantity, every time.
