A UC Santa Cruz student always wondered why a famous beach town like Santa Cruz didn't have an authentic Hawaiian poke spot — so he created inoa. He's been selling food ever since high school and it's been his dream to open up a poke spot on the beach since he was a kid.

Every box is prepped by hand using locally sourced fish, seaweed, and produce. A one man show that prioritizes quality over quantity, every time.

Poke is an authentic Hawaiian staple — fresh, diced raw fish marinated in a blend of sauces and seasonings. At inoa, we strive to maintain the authentic staples such as Hawaiian alaea salt and ogo seaweed, while adding our own twist and take. We hope you enjoy!
