A UC Santa Cruz student always wondered why a famous beach town like Santa Cruz didn't have an authentic Hawaiian poke spot — so he created inoa. He's been selling food ever since high school and it's always been his dream to open up a poke spot on the beach.

Every box is prepped by hand using locally sourced fish, seaweed, and produce. A one man show that prioritizes quality over quantity, every time.

Poke is an authentic Hawaiian staple — fresh, diced raw fish marinated in a blend of sauces and seasonings. At inoa, every batch is made by hand using locally sourced fish and prepared the same day it's served.
