What we can accommodate

Gluten free Hawaiian ahi, spicy ahi, spicy salmon, kimchi tako, garlic shrimp, tobiko scallop, Hawaiian tofu.
Vegan Hawaiian tofu, kimchi cucumber, cold roasted sweet potato, sushi rice, greens.
Cooked, no raw fish Kimchi tako, garlic shrimp, teriyaki beef, shoyu ginger chicken, all sushi bakes.
Contains pork Spam musubi.

Contains soy, wheat, sesame, egg, fish, and fish roe. Crab mac salad, sushi bake, garlic shrimp, and tobiko scallop contain shellfish. MSG is used in house marinades. Every tray and box is labeled with contents and allergens.

Delivery $35 local · $75 over the hill · pickup free at 100 Enterprise Way, Scotts Valley
Payment Paid in full at checkout via Square. Custom and large orders quoted and invoiced with a 50% deposit.
Capacity Over 50 guests or 30 boxes requires an inquiry.
Serving window All cold items arrive on ice and should be served within two hours.
